Uncloned is seeking a Technical Sourcer (Commission-Based) to help identify top talent for fast-growing startups across Tech.

You will

Source and shortlist top candidates using LinkedIn or other platforms.

Share high-quality profiles.

Collaborate directly with the founder for feedback and next steps.

Someone sharp and fast-moving

Knows how to spot exceptional talent.

Takes full ownership and delivers without constant follow-up

Understands startup pace and urgency

Resourceful, detail-oriented and driven by results

At least some experience in Sourcing Candidates
