SAP Callidus Consultant

Role & responsibilities :

• The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Commissions platform to support complex incentive compensation processes and SAP Commissions (Callidus Cloud) to support sales compensation and incentive plans.
• Develop and manage Stage Hooks utilizing HANA for high-performance data processing and validations.
• Expert in SAP Callidus Cloud, Commissions Application.
• Excellent written, and presentation skills, Business Process mapping, Problem solving and in multiple ways to find optimal solutions.
• Able to drive process improvements to the sales compensation system. Define and provide requirements for sales compensation system changes to developers
