Job Description
- Answer calls / emails professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of complaints / services.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Assisting in KYC verifications checks for customers.
- Provide resolution on disputed transaction.
- Promptness in handling escalations / queries raised by customer.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain a friendly manner and calm, positive manner when handling complaints
Skills Must have
Customer Service Calls (Inbound-Outbound) / Email handling experience, social media customer service support knowledge.Stock management .Banking background preferredGood to have

Graduate from any recognized university.Working Days
