About The Role

Cogniter Technologies is seeking a skilled Generative AI Expert to join our advanced AI / ML team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, AI agents, and vector databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop AI applications using state-of-the-art LLMs such as GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, and Falcon.
  • Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
  • Build and deploy AI agents using frameworks like LangChain.
  • Integrate vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for semantic search and retrieval.
  • Deploy and optimize real-time inference engines such as Groq.
  • Enhance model performance through prompt engineering, token optimization, and effective context management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable production-level AI integrations.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI and multimodal AI technologies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working on Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP projects.
  • Strong understanding of LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector search systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and / or Node.js for AI development.
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model deployment.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with inference engines like Groq or similar hardware accelerators.
  • Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).
  • Exposure to MLOps, CI / CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
  • Experience with multimodal AI involving text, images, and speech.
