Experience in video generation and editing is a major plus You default to asking, “How can AI do this faster, smarter, better?” You ship, measure, and iterate fast. You take end-to-end ownership without waiting for hand-offs. You bring high trust and high candor to every loop. Designers who only make static mock-ups without shipping. People who avoid AI tools or treat them as optional. Pixel-pushers waiting for hand-offs instead of conceptualising themselves. Perfectionists who delay launches for polish. Its platform enables fully autonomous drone-in-a-box operations across industries like energy, utilities, security, and infrastructure - integrating drones, docks, edge AI, and enterprise workflows into one intelligent system. The Role :
We are looking for a designer who sees design as leverage - something that shapes how the world sees us, tells sharper stories, and moves people to act. From social campaigns to print collateral and quirky merch - you’ll shape the way the world sees FlytBase. You’ll jam with AI tools daily, turning rough ideas into sharp executions in hours, not weeks.
This isn’t a pixel-pushing role. It’s a high-agency design role where you’ll conceptualise, experiment, and ship to a global audience.
What you'll own :
- AI-Native Design : Use the latest AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, AnimateDiff, Higgsfield, HeyGen, and Veo 3 to generate and refine world-class visuals.
- Multi-Channel Creative : Design across digital (social media, decks, etc.), physical (booths, print collateral, etc.), and branded merch (stickers, clothing, coasters, etc.).
- Cross-Functional Translation : Turn complex technical / product narratives into crisp, communicative graphics.
- Enterprise Storytelling : Use product imagery to explain our technology in a way Fortune 500 decision-makers instantly get.
- 3D & Motion : Build 3D renders and motion graphics representing various concepts as part of dedicated campaigns.
- Systemised Design : Create reusable design frameworks, brand components, and AI workflows that scale across campaigns.
