Head Utilities -Greenfield TopCon Solar Facility (Urgent)

We are looking for an accomplished Head – Utilities to lead all utility operations and infrastructure for our Greenfield TopCon solar cell manufacturing facility . This is a unique opportunity to design, build, and operate world-class utilities systems from the ground up , enabling safe, efficient, and high-volume production.

Job Location : Odisha

This role requires deep technical expertise , proven leadership, and close collaboration with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure continuous, reliable, and optimized utility supply in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Key Focus Areas :

• Uninterrupted Utilities Supply – Oversee electricity, water (DM, UPW), process gases (H₂, N₂, O₂, Ar), compressed air, vacuum, chemical delivery, and HVAC systems.
• Production Support – Maintain stable utilities for PECVD, PVD, thermal, wet chemical, and metallization processes.
• Greenfield Infrastructure Delivery – Lead design, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up of utilities for >

1GW capacity; ensure cleanroom and EHS compliance.
