About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and forward-thinking Factory Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clay tile manufacturing unit in Tumkur. The role goes beyond supervision—it demands initiative in production management, data reporting, cost analysis, process modernization, and market understanding.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing operations on the shop floor and engaging with customers and dealers in the field to gather insights on product trends and market expectations.

The position is on-site, Monday to Saturday , and includes food and accommodation provided at the factory.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Process Management

• Supervise daily operations across production, drying, and kiln firing sections.
• Ensure production targets are achieved with optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Coordinate maintenance and reduce downtime through preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate production logs and daily operational records.

Costing, Reporting & Profitability

Product & Market Research

Workforce & Coordination
