Job description

Inbound Sales Executive :

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
  • Assess potential customers&apos needs and qualify leads based on set criteria.
  • Share relevant product / service information, demos, and resources to address customer queries.
  • Update and maintain accurate lead data and activity records in the CRM system.
  • Run physical and virtual demos of the products
  • Nurture leads through timely follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Work with the marketing team to share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Track and report key metrics such as response time, conversion rates, and lead progression.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Comfortable with handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
