Key Responsibilities :
- POSP Agent Management : Manage a team of POSP agents, providing guidance and support in selling insurance products.
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and evaluate agent performance, offering feedback and support to ensure targets are met.
- Market Analysis & Reporting : Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and generate regular reports.
- Recruitment & Business Expansion : Travel to neighboring districts to recruit new POSP agents and expand the business network.
- Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure business growth and long-term success.
- Training & Development : Provide training to agents on insurance products and sales techniques to improve team performance.
- Compliance & Regulations : Ensure all sales activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills :
Any Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in sales and insurance .Proven track record in managing and growing a sales team in the insurance industry.Strong understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze sales data and trends.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on business growth.Willingness to travel for recruitment and business development activities.Skills Required
