Job Description : Role Overview

We’re seeking a passionate Accessibility Auditor with 4–6 years of experience in inclusive design, accessibility standards, and assistive technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating digital experiences, identifying accessibility gaps, and driving meaningful change across web and mobile platforms for our esteemed clients and customers for their websites and mobile applications.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Conduct audits using assistive technologies such as NVDA , JAWS , ZoomText , and Dragon NaturallySpeaking
Collaborate with design and development teams to resolve accessibility issues and embed inclusive practices
Identify and report violations based on WCAG 2.2 AA standards , ensuring detailed documentation of findings
Propose practical solutions for accessibility barriers across digital platforms
Explore and recommend emerging assistive tools to enhance accessibility workflows
Apply in-depth understanding of disability types, including learning and motion impairments , in audit reviews
Contribute individually, maintaining strong communication and self-driven initiative

💡 Technical Skills & Expertise

Solid grasp of HTML5+, JavaScript, jQuery , and responsive design techniques (e.G., em, rem, flexgrid, CSS )

Familiarity with ARIA roles and DOM manipulation for custom widgets and dynamic content

Experience in web and mobile testing aligned with accessibility compliance standards

Proficiency with Automation tools like WAVE , Axe , and browser accessibility extensions

Hands-on usage of screen readers ( JAWS , NVDA , VoiceOver , TalkBack ) across multiple platforms.

Awareness of global guidelines, including Equality Acts , UN Accessibility Charter , and inclusive policies

Experience with PDF remediation is a plus.

Certifications such as IAAP CPACC and DHS Trusted Tester are highly desirable
