Job descriptionDevelop visual design for marketing & product communication, organisation-wide communications, web and social media Estimate SOW / effort for the project and accordingly communicate timeline to stakeholder. Initiate discussions to communicate directly with stakeholders to understand the creative brief or to discuss about the project. Manage multiple projects from concept through completion. Review and analyse performance data for creative projects to evaluate efficacy and adjust strategies as needed. Maintain awareness of current industry trends, technologies, and design tools. Ensure highest quality standards in deliverables while respecting deadlines. Provide guidance and support to team members seeking help. Strong conceptual skills with a capacity to execute on innovative ideas.
Education
Master of Business Administration in Marketing
Work Experience
- Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual arts or other related field - Multimedia / Animation / Graphic Design. Preferred - a qualification from a design institute.
- 4-5 years of relevant design experience in similar role.
- Proven experience with graphic and web design, with a strong portfolio of work. A well-crafted and curated online portfolio.
- Proven expertise in graphic design software ie Adobe Creative Suite
- Prior experience in marketing or advertising is a plus.
- Experience in managing multiple projects
- Experience working with a global company preferred
- Proficiency in graphic design software - particularly in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is a must.
- Knowledge / experience in motion graphics tools i.e. AE / Animate or UI Design tools such as XD, Figma or are a plus.
- Proficient understanding of visual aesthetics and design principles.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, grid, and composition. Demonstrable conceptual thinking and design ability.
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
