The position will focus on supporting all aspects of the Reputational Risk and Product Lifecycle Risk Management frameworks as well as involvement in wider Risk projects. It provides good exposure within Risk and 1LoD and 2LoD functions and divisions within the organization.

Your key responsibilities
Maintain and further develop effective Reputational Risk and Product Lifecyle Risk Management frameworks, based on Group requirements, and considering DWS specific requirementsDevelop a strong understanding of the frameworks and provide feedback on ongoing changes - to support effective / efficient Non-financial Risk ManagementMonitor adherence to the risk appetite and maintain appropriate management information and reporting, e.g., developing and maintaining risk and control metrics and oversight reportsClose partnership with DWS 1LoD and other 2LoD functions to ensure and challenge appropriate execution of business and control functional responsibilitiesPerform duties relating to the operations of the high profile DWS Reputational Risk Committee and other Committees / fora as requiredStreamline processes in relation to Reputational Risk, Product Lifecycle RiskInvolvement in wider Risk ad hoc projects as required such as Risk training and Risk cultureConstructive collaboration with other DWS Risk / NFR team members and DB Group NFR counterparts as requiredYour skills and experience
University degree (Economics, Finance, Math, Natural Sciences, or equivalent)Experience in a risk, control or governance function preferred or similar function (DCO, COO Risk) in financial services or in auditRelevant professional certifications are a plus (Risk Management Certificates, Auditor, etc.)Knowledge of Asset Management is a plusAnalytical and solution / target-oriented way of workingProficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and WordAbility to take initiative and constructively challenge the status quoStrong team player / stakeholder management skillsA collaborative mindsetStrong English written and verbal communication skillsHow we’ll support you
