Job descriptionExcellent communication skills Strong presentation creation ability Excellent interpersonal skills Attention to detail and active listening Lead Generation : Contact potential clients via phone calls to introduce our products / services. Identify and qualify leads based on criteria set by the business development team. Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-ups. Performance Tracking : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Administrative Tasks : Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system.
