Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the plant, ensuring all equipment is functioning effectively
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Manage the P&L of the plant
• Bring large scale transformations and strategic changes to drive the organisation on a huge growth path
• Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the plant
• Ensure safety regulations are strictly adhered to, maintaining a safe working environment
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operation
• Oversee plant infrastructure and equipment maintenance
• Global stakeholder management
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions

The Successful Applicant

• in Engineering from Tier I institute. MBA will be highly preferred
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial products or auto ancillaries
• Thorough knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Vision and organisational leadership to run operations
• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills to manage the flow of information
