Role Summary :
Seeking an HCM Cloud SaaS professional with deep expertise in Time and Labor (OTL), experienced in at least 3 end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations. Candidate should have strong functional knowledge across the hire-to-retire cycle, client-facing experience, and excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Exposure to Redwood UI & Gen AI is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead functional solution design and configuration in Time and Labor module.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, design sessions, testing, and go-live support.
- Provide mentorship, work allocation, and status updates to PM.
- Identify and resolve complex functional issues.
- Support business development and client engagement activities.
- Open to domestic / international travel.
