Job descriptionLead secondary research on markets, policies, demand forecasting, and sector trends. Guide primary data collection through interviews, surveys, consultations, and stakeholder interactions. Build research frameworks, methodologies, data models, and evaluation tools. Track opportunities, policies, and announcements from state and central government departments. Analyse tender documents, government schemes, and regulatory frameworks relevant to LCPL’s focus areas. Build intelligence on emerging opportunities across sectors such as skilling, education, workforce mobility, sustainability, healthcare, and security. Review and finalize knowledge assets : reports, concept notes, feasibility assessments, insight decks. Present findings to leadership and project teams with clear recommendations. Maintain documentation standards : sourcing, referencing, accuracy, and version control. Support Business Development, and Delivery teams with data-backed research inputs. Participate in proposal development, bid responses, and client presentations as required. Lead and mentor a team of researchers / analysts. Drive best practices, research discipline, and continuous improvement within the function.
