As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital advertising efforts across a range of platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and more. Tasks

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and others.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to drive lead generation, website traffic, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and creative development to maximize campaign performance.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to achieve KPIs.
• Continuously analyze and refine website conversion funnels to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and test landing pages, ad creatives, and other assets for campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
