Role Summary
We’re searching for an Embedded Hardware Engineer with strong microcontroller (MCU) design and bring-up expertise to take boards from concept to production. You’ll own schematic capture, multilayer PCB layout, MCU selection, firmware-ready bring-up, and validation for our next-generation IoT and industrial-automation products. You’ll collaborate closely—on site—with firmware, mechanical, compliance, and manufacturing teams to ship reliable, cost-optimized boards.

Must-Have Qualifications
Education :
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related discipline
Experience :
4–5 years delivering at least two MCU-based products to mass production
Technical Skills :
Deep understanding of MCU / SoC architectures and peripheral integration
Proficiency with Altium Designer, KiCad, or Cadence Allegro for schematic and PCB layout
High-speed interface design (DDR, USB 3.x, Gigabit Ethernet), mixed-signal design, and power-supply design
Skilled with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG / SWD debuggers, spectrum analyzers
Working knowledge of EMI / EMC compliance workflows
Grasp of IPC-2221 / 2222 standards and DFM / DFA practices
Soft Skills :
Analytical mindset and ownership attitude
Clear communication; able to document design decisions and mentor juniors
Comfortable with fast-moving, iterative development cycles conducted on site
Nice-to-Have
RF / antenna design (Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa)
Functional-safety or automotive compliance experience
Familiarity with PLM systems (Arena, Windchill) and Git / SVN
Experience developing production-test fixtures or ATE scripts
Preference for Immediate joiners
