We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Business Manager (India) to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work :
Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets. Develop and maintain customer data base by contacting, collect inquiry and sending offer regularly.
In charge of buying and selling plastic resins including PP, PE, PET & PVC from INDIA producers, distributors and selling PP, PE, PET & PVC to assigned existing customers and new customers.
Represent company at meetings and conferences in INDIA and international tradeshows to promote company’s trademarks and products.
Maintain and develop relationship with INDIA resin producers
Assisting Branch Manager to monitor logistics, inventory management and cargo allocations
Market research, conduct market research by gathering market information for price setting to specific markets.
Prepare marketing reports; market situation and competitors’ products to analyze market trend based on region, seasoning and customer habit.
Marketing idea and strategy to gain potential customer’s interest
2.Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in INDIA and international markets.
In-depth understanding about polymer market in INDIA.
Able to be on abroad or domestic business trips.
In-depth understanding of the latest business policies and regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding leadership quality and negotiation skills
Time and task management.
Be able to work independently under high pressure and flexibility work environment
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade or other related fields. MBA degree is preferred.
