Key Responsibilities :Proactive outreach to emerging content creators with intent to implement priority solutions.Identify & prioritize solution implementation opportunities in one-time engagement with emerging content creators.Consultative Sales : Demonstrate an ability for consultative sales to achieve pilot goals.Portfolio Management : Responsible for managing a portfolio of emerging content creators, primarily from India.Market Research : Gain a fundamental understanding of industries, market(s), and client business models to customize experiences for content creators.Product Optimization : Educate content creators how to frequently assess and optimize product performance.Tailored Solutions : Where applicable, provide content creators with tailored solutions to meet their objectives.Continuous Improvement : Suggest improvements for ad products and customer experiences. ©Knowledge Development : Develop and maintain expert working knowledge of our advertising solutions and their impact on performance.In office work, Gurgaon site (no remote or hybrid option)
- Language Proficiency : professional command of English and Hindi (verbal required, written optional)
- Sales Experience : At least 1 year of sales / Ad sales / marketing experience, entrepreneurial thinking, and a "go the extra mile" attitude.
- Outbound calling experience required, preferred experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
- General Work Experience : 3 years of general work experience
- Work Ethic : Highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are needed.
- Proven ability in building relationships and effective multi-touch cross / upselling throughout a relationship.
- Immediate implementation or adoption of personalized client recommendations.
- Delivering exceptional customer experience through a multi-touch cross / upselling
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, having accountability of own metrics and results.
