Job Purpose :
Roles and responsibilities :
Operations
Handling supplier queries (Voice / Email)
Ensure excellent service delivery to both internal and external customers
Change control management
Effective production planning to manage seamless service delivery (including BCP)
Work effectively with the transitions team for smooth transition of activities.
Preparation of KPI reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) - for TAT and Quality
Report the KPI's on periodical basis to internal and external Stakeholder
To deliver the process, meet the required service level agreements, maintaining quality and achieving productivity targets & key performance indicators
Demonstrate ownership and problem resolution along with offering reasonable solutions
To be a Subject Matter Expert having the responsibility of reviewing the deliverables of the team
To perform the activities in absence of team members or whenever required in order to deliver the process consistently and in line with quality and functional objectives
To work on all other additional aspects defined time to time by management
To act as the communication conduit between staff and the management
To identify and proactively have control mechanisms for the process
To plan and practice effective cross training
To manage the day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team of financial accountant / analysts
Compiling reports on team’s performance and customer feedback including process dashboards.
