Job Description

• Administer and maintain EMS / NMS and Helpdesk tools to ensure continuous infrastructure monitoring.
• Monitor network devices and links; escalate and track issues through resolution.
• Act as the Tool Specialist for NMS platforms – handle configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Analyze and troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Collaborate with network and security teams for incident management and system performance optimization.
• Maintain system logs, documentation, and audit compliance records.
