Working alongside visionary founders, seasoned engineering leaders, and product innovators, you’ll design, build, and scale high-quality software solutions that will redefine our industry. Qualifications

Education : B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience : 3+ years of strong software development experience, ideally in product-driven or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

Design & Build : Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and resilient systems from the ground up.

Agility : Thrive in a fast-paced startup culture by iteratively delivering features with agility and adaptability.

Technical Depth : Apply expertise in performance optimization, security, and system reliability while keeping scalability in mind.

Collaboration & Mentorship : Partner closely with product and business stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers (SDE-I).

Continuous Innovation : Identify opportunities for technical innovation, reduce technical debt, and optimize workflows.

Code Quality : Uphold high engineering standards with code reviews, testing, and automation.

DevOps & CI / CD : Contribute to and enhance CI / CD pipelines to accelerate reliable product delivery.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in software development.

Proficiency in Java (Java 8+ preferred) with strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot , microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Strong database knowledge (SQL & NoSQL) and familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka / RabbitMQ .

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Passion for building scalable, user-centric, high-performance systems.

Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to distributed systems and large-scale architectures.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices .

Prior startup or early-stage product development experience.
