Human Resources Executive

We Are Hiring! HR Executive – AnalystIP (On-Site Role | Delhi NCR)

AnalystIP Legal Services Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing, full-service Intellectual Property consulting firm working with global innovators, startups, universities, and corporations. We are expanding our internal team and looking for a dynamic HR Executive to support our people operations and HR compliance functions.

Position : HR Executive

Experience Required : 1 – 1.5 Years

Work Mode : On-site (Noida / Delhi NCR Office)

Joining : Immediate preferred

S alary : Up to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & skillset)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, candidate coordination
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, onboarding documents, and attendance records
• Support new employee onboarding, orientation, and induction processes
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and team activity planning
• Handle leave management, performance evaluation data collection, and monthly HR reporting
• Support HR policy implementation, compliance documentation, and disciplinary record keeping
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related operational needs and communication
• Draft HR letters (Offer letters, Appointment letters, NDAs, Relieving letters, etc.)
• Ensure a positive and professional work environment, assisting with employee queries and grievances
• Support payroll inputs by sharing accurate attendance and HR data with accounts team

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and coordination abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of HR systems, recruitment tools, and HR compliance is a plus

Salary : Up to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & skillset)
