Role Overview
We are seeking an
exceptional Senior Telecalling Executive
to manage and nurture our
existing leads
and
customer inquiries
without cold calling or new lead generation
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and follow up on leads provided by the marketing and sales teams.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Sizzle Properties projects.
Provide detailed information about project features, pricing, and location advantages.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team and ensure proper follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
Ensure timely communication and excellent service throughout the customer journey.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone in every interaction, reflecting Sizzle’s brand values.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3–6 years of telecalling or customer engagement experience
, preferably in
real estate
or high-value consumer products.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Kannada
(Hindi / Telugu / Tamil is an advantage).
Strong listening, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
Proficient in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain high responsiveness.
Positive attitude, customer-centric mindset, and professional demeanor.
Must be ready to work 6 days including Sat & Sun (weekly day off is tuesday)
