We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager (RM) for the Bancassurance / Life Insurance channel in Guntur and other locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in insurance or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales and will be responsible for building relationships with customers and cross-selling financial products.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development : Generate leads from an assigned bank and directly sell financial products to existing customers. You will explore customer financial needs, recommend appropriate products, and ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately. You'll also be responsible for acquiring new customers by using the bank's database and other resources.
- Customer and Relationship Management : Manage relationships with customers and facilitate the entire sales process, from completing medical reports to ensuring the policy document is issued promptly.
- Team Collaboration and Market Development : Support other Relationship Managers and the bank's sales team by providing coaching on products and services. You'll also explore opportunities to develop new markets in line with the company's sales strategy.
Skills Required
A minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales in any insurance channel.Experience in insurance or BFSI is mandatory.A Graduate degree is a must.A good track record and employment stability are required.The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Skills Required
