We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting a USA-based pharmacy . This role involves handling daily prescriptions, submitting insurance claims, and communicating directly with patients regarding their copays.
✨ Key Responsibilities :
- Process and manage daily prescriptions
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Speak directly with patients to explain copays, balances, and prescription details
- Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer support
