Job Summary :

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Automation Tester with 6 to 9 years of dedicated experience in testing mobile applications across both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will be a proficient expert in designing, developing, and implementing robust mobile automation frameworks, conducting thorough API testing, and ensuring precise UI validation. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our product quality through comprehensive test automation, integration with CI / CD pipelines, and leveraging cloud testing environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Automation Script Design & Implementation : Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust automated test scripts for native Android and iOS applications using industry-standard tools and programming languages.
• Test Scenario Identification & Collaboration : Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and manual QA engineers to thoroughly understand product requirements, identify comprehensive test scenarios, and prioritize automation efforts for maximum coverage and efficiency.
• Mobile UI & Functional Testing : Conduct in-depth UI, functional, and regression testing of mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experience and adherence to design specifications across various devices and operating system versions.
• API Testing & Backend Validation : Design and execute automated API tests to validate the functionality, reliability, performance, and security of backend services that support mobile applications.
• Framework Enhancement : Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of existing mobile automation frameworks, tools, and processes.
• CI / CD Integration : Integrate automated test suites seamlessly into Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI / CD) pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) to enable rapid feedback cycles and efficient software delivery.
• Cloud Testing Management : Manage and utilize cloud-based mobile device testing platforms such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs to ensure broad test coverage across a diverse range of real devices and emulators / simulators.
• Defect Management : Accurately identify, document, track, and retest defects using appropriate defect management tools, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.
• Reporting & Analysis : Generate comprehensive test execution reports, analyze test results, and provide clear insights into application quality, performance, and stability.
• Mentorship & Best Practices : Share knowledge and best practices within the QA team, contributing to the upskilling of peers and fostering a culture of quality.

Skills Required :
