Job Description : Manager - Social Impact & Welfare

Role Overview :

As the Manager - Social Impact & Welfare at Arthimpact, you will lead programs that strengthen social welfare, community development, and financial inclusion. You will design people-focused initiatives, support community needs, and work closely with partners, employees, and leadership to ensure our social impact goals create real change on the ground.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop Social Impact, Welfare & Financial Inclusion Strategy :

• Create a clear, actionable strategy that reflects Arthimpact's values and mission.
• Identify community needs and opportunities where we can make a meaningful difference - especially in areas like financial inclusion, digital awareness, livelihood support, education, health, and community development.
• Support programs that help underserved groups access digital finance, financial literacy, and responsible financial services.
