Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Lead / Senior QA Engineer to specialize in Performance and Database Testing. This critical role requires deep technical expertise in designing and executing sophisticated load tests, optimizing database performance, and ensuring the reliability and security of complex, multi-tenant systems. The candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and drive the overall performance strategy across distributed QA teams.

Roles And Responsibilities :

Performance Engineering and Reliability :

• Design, implement, and execute advanced performance, load, stress, and scalability testing strategies to proactively identify bottlenecks and capacity limits across the application stack.
• Focus on multi-tenant system testing, specifically validating system reliability, performance, isolation, and security under concurrent, high-volume scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams to interpret test results and drive performance tuning and optimization efforts within the application and infrastructure layers.
