We deliver scalable hiring solutions across industries and rely on proactive, target-driven recruiting to accelerate client growth. This is a remote, India-based, target-oriented junior recruiter role ideal for performance-driven talent acquisition professionals.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles : source, screen, schedule interviews, and close candidates to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to build pipelines of active and passive candidates for high-volume hiring needs.
• Manage candidate experience : conduct structured interviews, provide timely feedback, and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Operate ATS to track workflows, update candidate statuses, and ensure data quality and compliance for audits.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding logistics with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve successful hires.
• Report progress against targets, highlight risks, and suggest process improvements to increase conversion and time-to-fill efficiency.
