We deliver scalable hiring solutions across industries and rely on proactive, target-driven recruiting to accelerate client growth. This is a remote, India-based, target-oriented junior recruiter role ideal for performance-driven talent acquisition professionals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles : source, screen, schedule interviews, and close candidates to meet weekly and monthly targets.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to build pipelines of active and passive candidates for high-volume hiring needs.
- Manage candidate experience : conduct structured interviews, provide timely feedback, and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
- Operate ATS to track workflows, update candidate statuses, and ensure data quality and compliance for audits.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding logistics with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve successful hires.
- Report progress against targets, highlight risks, and suggest process improvements to increase conversion and time-to-fill efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Proven experience in target-based or high-volume recruitment (India markets preferred).Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and accurate candidate data entry.Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.Ability to conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit quickly and reliably.Comfortable negotiating offers and closing candidates against targets.Reliable remote-working setup and excellent time-management to hit SLAs.Preferred
Experience with recruitment CRM tools and pipeline management.Familiarity with video interviewing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).Prior experience in a staffing agency, talent marketplace, or HR Tech environment.Benefits & Culture Highlights
