Assistant Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare loan maturity data

Provide data and support for internal audits, addressing queries and ensuring timely resolution of audit points.

Prepare portfolio and financial data reports as per management and regulatory requirements.

Manage compliance-related tasks including data submissions, risk categorization, and maintenance of key regulatory information.

Handle queries and data updates required for regulatory reporting and system portals.

Generate operational and financial reports, manage system-related issues, and support new software implementations and testing.

Conduct data reconciliation for insurance and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and system alignment.

• Prepare income summaries, provisions, and financial variance reports;

analyze Actual vs. Target PNL and assist in AUM tracking.

Prepare yearly financial projections and assist in management reporting and MIS updates.

Perform reconciliation between system and accounting records, including detailed analysis of interest and income variances.

Ensure all key financial and operational transactions are completed before month-end closures.

Support management with ad-hoc data requirements, reporting, and one-time assignments.

Skills and Competencies :

Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and reporting principles.

Proficiency in Tally, Finnone, and MS Excel.

Experience in reconciliation, audit coordination, and data analysis.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications :

Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification preferred.

2–3 years of experience in finance operations, MIS reporting, reconciliation, or loan administration.
