Must-Have

Strong technical knowledge in Redhat OpenShift and OpenShift Virtualization, Kubernetes. Experience on VM migrations.

Good-to-Have

Expertise with the tools like Ansible, VmWare, Certification in RedHat OCP

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

Must have very good experience with Containers, OpenShift troubleshooting both On-Prem and in Cloud

Must have experience in deployment of OpenShift or Kubernetes and its components both in On-Prem and Cloud

Integration of OpenShift or Kubernetes with various other tools like Quay, Advanced Cluster Management, CMDB, Monitoring, etc

Experience in performing OpenShift or Kubernetes Upgrades, Applying Patches, and the best practices to be followed

Strong Experience in automating OpenShift / Kubernetes Day-2 operations using Ansible or similar

Good experience in maintaining multiple OpenShift / Kubernetes clusters as per compliance

Experience in creating, updating, and managing SoPs, wiki articles that is required for managing OpenShift / Kubernetes administration

Coordinate with the team to action and resolve Incidents, Change Orders, Service Requests, etc on priority basis

Pro-actively identifying the gaps and challenges in the OpenShift / Kubernetes environment and come up with a solution

Lead teams within delivery multi-vendor environments in multiple countries
