Role Overview: We are seeking a young, energetic Marketing Lead who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role will directly shape the brand identity as an industry educator and trusted partner, while building the foundations for scale, demand generation, and visibility. The ideal candidate is a generalist with focus, equally comfortable driving strategy and executing campaigns, who sees this as an excellent launchpad to accelerate both brand’s growth and their own career, building on the early success and organic traction the brand has already achieved. Key Responsibilities: Demand Generation & Growth Drive digital demand generation across SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant B2B channels. Launch account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value enterprise accounts (developers, data centres, pharma, infra). Support the sales team with qualified leads and tailored collateral. Content & Thought Leadership Develop educational content assets : case studies, playbooks, whitepapers, knowledge hubs. Create technical yet simplified content for sales decks, proposals, and distributor kits. Build brand's visibility in industry forums, PR, and sustainability/ESG conversations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, estimates, and product teams to ensure marketing narratives reflect technical accuracy and commercial priorities. Equip distributors and partners with marketing tools to increase conversion efficiency. Brand Positioning & Strategy Define and execute brand’s positioning in gas-phase filtration category, subsequently elevating the brand equity in the cleanair technology. Translate complex technical solutions into clear, educational, and credible narratives for customers, consultants, and regulators. Build a brand personality that reflects brand’s core culture Education & Qualifications: BE/BTech/BBA/MBA - with Marketing/Business Focus 6-7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in clean-tech, infrastructure, manufacturing, or complex technical solution industries. Key Competencies: Strong storytelling and growth hacking mindset. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Balances ambition with humility , comfortable building from scratch. Hands-on with marketing operations: campaigns, events, brochures, website, SEO. Exposure in Demand generation, ABM, and digital marketing is a great advantage. Proven ability to create thought leadership content and simplify technical language. Willingness to travel as per business needs.
