Factory HR Manager , you will shape the workforce of a rapidly expanding food manufacturing plant.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and people-centric

Factory HR Manager

who can lead our plant HR functions with confidence. This role requires ownership, maturity, and the ability to manage a large workforce in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead complete HR operations at the factory (200–400+ workforce)

Ensure

smooth recruitment , onboarding & induction for factory roles

Design manpower planning, shift management & daily workforce deployment

Maintain strict compliance with PF, ESIC, Factory Act & statutory audits

Handle grievance resolution, counselling & disciplinary actions

Drive training programs, skill enhancement sessions & safety workshops

Oversee attendance system, leave management & payroll coordination

Maintain strong coordination between Factory Management & Corporate HR

Lead engagement activities that boost employee morale & retention

Who should apply?

Minimum 3 years of HR experience in

manufacturing / plant operations

Strong understanding of labour laws & statutory compliance

Excellent communication & leadership qualities

Experience managing large blue-collar teams preferred

Must be willing to

relocate to Himatnagar, Gujarat
