Must-Have (Essential)
- 8+ years applying analytics to solve complex Marketing challenges.
- Strong SQL & Python for data manipulation, analysis and insight generation.
- Hands-on (Proficient experience) with Marketing tech tools - Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo (or equivalent)
- Skilled at identifying patterns, solving complex problems, and extracting insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and influencing skills – able to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive decision making and shape marketing strategy.
- Proven experience in campaign performance optimization (MMM, MTA tools) & personalized marketing.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Marketing Execs and Marketing Science teams
Good-to-Have (Desirable)
Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physical sciences.Experience with data governance, reporting requirements, ROI analysis.Prior work in fast-paced, global organizations, navigating complexity to drive measurable outcomes.Expertise with Tableau (dashboards, automated reporting).Experience working with Marketing data in the travel domainStrong operational improvement mindsetSkills Required
