You will be required for executing our digital strategy and roadmap for Megamart.
Arvind Fashions is hiring an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing to scale website & app revenue while maintaining the profitability through performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
Initiatives :
- Constantly innovate and devise new unique strategies as well as identify new channels to reach out to consumers.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, different ad formats on Facebook, custom audience segmentation & targeting.
Spend & Revenue :
Daily ad spend & ROI management on all paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.)Maintain and monitor campaign bids, account daily and monthly spend budget caps.KRA :
Strategize and execute all paid campaigns from audience segmentation to ad creation.Update ad creatives, ad copies & audience database regularly.Suggest technical requirement to creative team Ad Size, Dimension & Video Duration etc.Monitor all campaigns regularly to reduce unnecessary spends.Monitor product feed catalogue issues regularly in merchant center and commerce manager and suggest fixes.Track the ad creative performance & suggest changes if needed.Execute short term event campaigns in all paid media channels.Track CPA, CPM, CPC & conversion rate changes of all campaigns.Work closely with tech, product, growth, designers & content teams to develop and execute an effective digital marketing strategy.Collaborate with brand & content teams to create ad banners, videos, landing pages and optimize the user experience.Identify & execute quick growth hacking techniques to leverage opportunities of maximizing new customer acquisition.Preferred Competencies :
Strong understanding of technology, business, and fashion industry.Must Know about PPC / performance marketing to run Paid Marketing campaigns on various digital media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram and Youtube Ads.Strong understanding of E-Commerce Marketing, Google & Facebook Product feed management.In-depth knowledge of ecommerce based pixel code requirement for Google & Facebook campaigns.Working knowledge of the e-commerce industry will be considered as an advantage.Comprehensive digital marketing skills, with specific expertise on driving traffic to e-retail and sales conversion.Ability to manage multiple campaigns to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
