Job description

Purpose of the Role :

You will be required for executing our digital strategy and roadmap for Megamart.

Arvind Fashions is hiring an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing to scale website & app revenue while maintaining the profitability through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

Initiatives :

  • Constantly innovate and devise new unique strategies as well as identify new channels to reach out to consumers.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, different ad formats on Facebook, custom audience segmentation & targeting.

Spend & Revenue :

  • Daily ad spend & ROI management on all paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.)
  • Maintain and monitor campaign bids, account daily and monthly spend budget caps.
  • KRA :

  • Strategize and execute all paid campaigns from audience segmentation to ad creation.
  • Update ad creatives, ad copies & audience database regularly.
  • Suggest technical requirement to creative team Ad Size, Dimension & Video Duration etc.
  • Monitor all campaigns regularly to reduce unnecessary spends.
  • Monitor product feed catalogue issues regularly in merchant center and commerce manager and suggest fixes.
  • Track the ad creative performance & suggest changes if needed.
  • Execute short term event campaigns in all paid media channels.
  • Track CPA, CPM, CPC & conversion rate changes of all campaigns.
  • Work closely with tech, product, growth, designers & content teams to develop and execute an effective digital marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with brand & content teams to create ad banners, videos, landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Identify & execute quick growth hacking techniques to leverage opportunities of maximizing new customer acquisition.
  • Preferred Competencies :

  • Strong understanding of technology, business, and fashion industry.
  • Must Know about PPC / performance marketing to run Paid Marketing campaigns on various digital media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram and Youtube Ads.
  • Strong understanding of E-Commerce Marketing, Google & Facebook Product feed management.
  • In-depth knowledge of ecommerce based pixel code requirement for Google & Facebook campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of the e-commerce industry will be considered as an advantage.
  • Comprehensive digital marketing skills, with specific expertise on driving traffic to e-retail and sales conversion.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
