Role Overview
As the Director – Human Resources , you will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for shaping our HR vision, driving culture, and scaling our teams sustainably. You’ll play a strategic role in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership : Partner with founders and business leaders to align HR strategies with long-term business goals.
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding : Drive full-cycle recruitment and build a strong employer brand to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
- People Operations : Lead HR operations including payroll, compliance, HRIS implementation, and process optimization.
- Performance Management : Design and implement robust goal-setting, appraisal, and feedback systems to foster high performance.
- Culture & Engagement : Foster a strong, inclusive, and transparent company culture that reflects our values and fuels retention.
- Learning & Development : Identify and implement capability-building initiatives across leadership and operational teams.
- Policy & Compliance : Develop HR policies in line with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Diversity & Inclusion : Champion initiatives to ensure an equitable and diverse workplace.
Qualifications & Skills
12–14 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role in a high-growth B2B or tech / startup environment.Proven experience in scaling HR functions in early or growth-stage startups.Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR operations, and compliance frameworks.Demonstrated expertise in hiring, especially for technical and leadership roles.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on, founder-friendly attitude.MBA in HR or related discipline preferred.
