Our advanced technology (Integration of ATA2200 / iSpec2200 / S1000D) in Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul contributed to our strong international growth and establishing collaborations with the biggest aircraft maintenance companies all over the world.To support our growth, we are opening a position with the Professional Services team for an experienced Technical Implementation Consultant to help fulfill our mission to digitize their operations using our award-winning technology.Your profileYou enjoy the challenge of being exposed to different situations, company cultures, and technologies you must master quickly. You will leverage your drive, analytical intellect, and professional skills to help our customers implement our solutions, and to help us drive our innovations.The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive successful project implementations. The candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering customized technical solutions for our clients, ensuring high-quality implementation and continuous improvement.Your main responsibilitiesAnalysing requirements from Customers and other Consulting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsAreas of focus would include : Design, develop, and maintain web pages using HTML, CSS, and Freemarker templates.Customize and extend existing templates to meet client-specific requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Freemarker, HTML, and CSS.Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams.Document technical designs, processes, and client-specific configurations.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in front-end development and template management.Your qualificationsMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant fiel4 to 9 years of experience in technical implementation, including significant experience in leading projects from inception to completion. Previous hands-on implementation experience is a must.Proven track record in leading and mentoring technical teams. Ability to inspire and motivate team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Required Skills : Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or Front-end DeveloperProficiency in HTML, CSS (mandatory)Hands-on experience in Freemarker is a plusExperience with front-end frameworks (e.g., CSS Grid, Bootstrap) is a plusUnderstanding of responsive design principlesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and client-facing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Skills : Experience with Java or other server-side technologies is a plusExperience with data modelling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel or similar). Ability to create reports and insights that support project decision-making and business objectives.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with business-level proficiency in both written and spoken English. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.Exposure to aircraft / engine engineering or operations is a plusFamiliarity with industry-specific challenges and best practices is highly desirable.We offer a competitive compensation package depending on your profile.
