Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries online.
• Be able to provide support in real-time to clients in the UK, US and Australia.
• Understand the difference between a software and hardware issue.
• Communicate with the line manager and escalate issues when needed.
• Track and report on the progress of bug fixes to clients.

Shift Range

We are looking for candidates who can work flexible schedules, including rotational weekly offs, early morning, late evening, and overnight shifts. Additional pay premiums will be provided for night shift hours.
