Job Title : Assistant Manager - Testing

Experience : 810 Years

Location : Gurugram (Hybrid - 3 Days a week)

Mandatory Skills :

Strong expertise in SQL, ETL Testing, and End-to-End Testing
Excellent understanding of STLC test case creation, execution, and defect management

Preferred Skills :

Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain

Domain knowledge in liquidity / capital management, balance sheet, and liquidity frameworks

Background in Regulatory or Treasury-related testing projects

Degree in Accounting / Finance or Information Technology

What Youll Be Doing ?

Participate in end-to-end testing of Treasury and regulatory applications

Review business and functional specifications to identify and define test requirements

Create and maintain comprehensive test scenarios and traceability to business requirements

Perform data validation and reconciliation using SQL queries for backend / ETL testing

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for test planning, execution, and issue resolution

Identify defects and log them with detailed root cause analysis

Support transformation initiatives across Treasury with a focus on continuous improvement
