Fashion Designer – Emerging Clothing Brand

We’re looking for a passionate and creative

Fashion Designer

to help build a new clothing brand from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in shaping our design identity and bringing collections to life — from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop seasonal collections aligned with the brand vision

Create sketches, mood boards, and digital mockups

Research trends, colors, and materials for fresh ideas

Select fabrics, trims, and finishes

Prepare detailed tech packs and coordinate with pattern makers and suppliers

Support the creative process from ideation to sampling

Collaborate closely with the founders on product development and storytelling

Minimum Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field

Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop or similar design tools

Ability to create mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings

Strong trend awareness and creativity

Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Experience : Minimum

4–5 years

of experience as a Fashion Designer

Salary :

₹20,000 – ₹32,000 INR

per month (based on experience and skill level)
