Position : School Counselor

Location : Powai, Mumbai

Qualification : Graduation / PG in Psychology

Experience : 2-3 years as a School Counselor, with experience working with students across various age groups.

Key Responsibilities :

Student Support : Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing emotional, social, and academic concerns, and offering guidance for personal development.

Collaboration with Faculty & Parents : Work closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership to design and implement programs that enhance student mental health and well-being.

Key Requirements :

Education : A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years working as a School Counselor, preferably in an IGCSE or similar academic environment.

Skills :

Empathy & Communication : Ability to build rapport with students of varying age groups, offering support and guidance in a professional and approachable manner.

Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution : Skilled in identifying issues, developing strategies, and providing solutions to support students’ mental health and academic success
