About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and drive Agile delivery across complex software development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sprints and continuous improvement of agile practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Act as a servant leader for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a healthy and prioritized product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress proactively.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and feedback loops.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes transparency, ownership, and accountability.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to align on dependencies and deliverables.
