About the Role :

At SwitchOn, our cutting-edge systems capture images from complex manufacturing lines and run DeepInspect to detect defects with over 99% accuracy.. As a startup, delighting customers with lightning-fast execution is one of our core differentiators. The role requires you to execute complex AI-powered projects in conjunction with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the organisation to deliver the projects on time.

What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?

End-to-End Project Management – Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, tracking, risk management, and ensuring timely completion within budget by collaborating with internal product teams and external system integrators.

Create Documented Playbooks for Processes – Take inputs from the teams, and the founders, and implement process playbooks for different teams at SwitchOn.

Data Analytics and Reporting - Collect data from multiple sources, and independently create reports to be consumed by the Founder’s / board and other senior stakeholders in the Company.

Track OKR Progress - Set up OKRs for all the teams, and track progress against the OKRs.

Requirements

Project Management Expertise – 3–5 years of experience in managing projects, with hands-on knowledge of tools like JIRA, Zoho Projects, Trello, and similar platforms.

Data / Business Analytics Expertise - 3-5 years of experience in creating dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho, Tableau, etc.

Collaboration & Communication – Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
