Job Description :
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting. The role also involves ensuring adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP / AR, ledger management, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Manage GST, TDS, income tax filings, and compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions.
- Maintain strong internal controls and improve financial systems and processes.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, vendors, and auditors.
- Manage and mentor junior finance staff.
