Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Database Administrator with deep expertise in Intersystems IRIS / Cache (Ensemble). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and high availability of our database environments. This role involves designing scalable database architectures, implementing best practices, and leading critical initiatives such as performance tuning, DR / HA planning, and monitoring setup.

Key Responsibilities

1. IRIS / Cache (Ensemble) Administration

• Lead the end-to-end administration of Intersystems IRIS and Cache (Ensemble) environments, including configuration, optimization, and maintenance.
• Perform installation, upgrades, and database patching activities to ensure systems remain secure and up to date.
