Job Summary

As an Events Management Associate within the Events Team, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of corporate events across India. You will ensure every event reflects our brand values, supports business objectives, and delivers a superior experience for clients, partners, and employees. Your strategic oversight and hands-on support will enhance team productivity and event success.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of office-based events, including conferences, workshops, town halls, and VIP visits.
• Oversee event setup, logistics, vendor coordination, and technical requirements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all event materials, signage, and guest experiences.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless event execution.
• Manage contracts, negotiations, and relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve event quality and attendee experience.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and innovative approach within the events team.
