After Sales Executive

We are seeking proactive and results-oriented B2B Service interns/executives to join our dynamic field operations team. The role involves a mix of service support and cross-selling activities with existing merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Part:

• POS/Payment Soundbox Replacement
• EDC Machine Replacement
• Account/Device Deactivation
• Merchant Win-back Activities

Cross-Sale Part:

• Gold SIP enrollments
• Loan & Insurance product referrals
• Welcome Visits for loan merchants
  
  

Daily & Weekly Expectations

• Minimum 10 valid completed tasks per day
• Mix of service tasks and cross-sale tasks as per assigned targets
• Adherence to processes and reporting through official apps/tools
  
  

Basic Requirements

Good Communication Skills (Hindi Local Language)

Must have an Android/iOS Smartphone

Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License

Positive CIBIL Score (mandatory for verification)

Willingness to work on-field within assigned locations

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
