Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies for company growth, and conducting market analysis. The role requires regular collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and targets.

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong skills in developing and implementing business growth strategies
• Experience conducting market analysis and competitive research
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience
